Susan Rivera

Bio

Susan began painting in 1998 and studied art at the Cooper Union School of Continuing Education in New York City with Jeffrey Tolbert, Pamela Ervin, and Judith Simonian. Most recently she has studied painting with Julie Ford Oliver at the Patio Gallery and paints every Wednesday with the Artamants Group both in Las Cruces, New Mexico. She is an active member of the Las Cruces Arts Association. Susan has an MA in Creative Writing from the City College of New York and a Masters in Social Work from Fordham University, New York City.
